DESIGN
Based on your described choices we create 2D and 3D drawings when you get to visualise your home coming to life. This is a very heartful time for all of us together. Any changes wished are incorporated in this stage. Once the design is finalised and approved we create working drawings and move to the next level.
HANDOVER
AND THE SMILES ! The final stage - the lovable space is now livable too. And the culmination of a bond that lasts in our hearts with the journey we shared together.
ESTIMATE
Based on the design we give an estimate to you. It gives you awareness and clarity on the project cost, materials, payment timelines so that get the time to organize your part. It acts as a reference for both of us to keep the project cost in check.
EXECUTION
This is the time of physical manifestation of what played in thoughts, words and visuals. It is a exciting time when you see all the labour shaping into a reality. A very satisfying time for all of us.
